MASON, Tenn. — A CSX train derailed near the intersection of Liles Road and Old L&N Road in Mason, Tennessee on Thursday. According to Tipton County Sheriff’s Department, around 4:20 a.m., a CSX train derailed while carrying nine loaded railcars with grain products. Initial reports indicated that three of the derailed grain cars were partially in a small creek.
