INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, March 28 — The Railroad Retirement Board (RRB) is looking to hire qualified candidates for several open positions across the United States and for remote work positions.

John Bragg, the RRB’s Labor Member, announced the recruiting effort in an email blast to Rail Labor in mid-March. “I know that no one cares more about the service and integrity of the RRB than railroaders themselves, so I am tapping into the railroad community to get the word out about positions at the agency,” Brother Bragg wrote.

The open positions can be found at USAJobs.com (search for RRB): https://www.usajobs.gov/Search/Results?a=RR00&p=1

Additionally, the RRB is recruiting paid student interns to work as Claims Representatives on a full-time or part-time basis. The RRB’s Pathways Internship Program gives students the opportunity to get paid while gaining the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to pursue a full-time career at RRB. These paid internships are available at 29 RRB Field Office locations throughout the United States.
