INDEPENDENCE, Ohio, April 8 — Registration is now open for the BLET regional meeting in Denver, Colorado, June 13-17, 2022.
The BLET National Division will host a meeting focused on important educational opportunities. Guests will stay at the Hilton Denver City Center (1701 California St., Denver, CO, telephone: 303-297-1300). Meeting registration and hotel reservations can be made through the BLET’s regional meeting website, https://bletregionals.org. If making hotel reservations by telephone, you must mention the group code “BLET.” Room reservations must be made by May 13, 2022.
BLET and Hilton Denver City Center are taking a number of precautions to help you enjoy your visit to Denver, while at the same time ensuring that we comply with CDC, local and Hilton Corporate policies and regulations regarding COVID-19 precautions.
The Denver regional meeting kicks off with registration and a welcome reception on Monday, June 13 (ticket required). Opening ceremonies will take place the morning of Tuesday, June 14, with a closed meeting for BLET members that afternoon. On the evening of June 14, a limited number of discount baseball tickets are available for sale as the Colorado Rockies host the Cleveland Guardians. A family day is scheduled for Wednesday, June 15. Workshops will be held for Local Chairmen, Secretary-Treasurers and Legislative Representatives throughout the day on Thursday, June 16. The BLET’s Denver regional meeting will conclude with a dinner dance the evening of June 16. Attendees will travel home on Friday, June 17.
There is no cost for BLET members who wish to attend the June 14 meetings and June 16 workshops only; however, there will be fees for those members who choose to attend the meals (all BLET sponsored meals include the welcome reception, two breakfasts, two lunches, and the dinner dance). The cost of full registration for all BLET sponsored meals is $225.00 per person. The cost is $175.00 to register for all of the meals EXCEPT the dinner dance.
