The conductor alleges in his complaint that on Aug. 17, 2021, while working as a railroad conductor for Union Pacific, he suffered injuries while being transported to a train. He claims the Union Pacific employee driving the transport, failed to wait for a train to clear the vehicle crossing, reversed course and went around the train and slammed into a telephone/light pole.
