Benefits of Belonging

At the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET) we strive to negotiate industry leading benefits for our members that help supplement the benefits received for working in the rail industry.

In addition to the contractually negotiated benefits, we at the BLET truly believe in giving members access to what we refer to as Benefits of Belonging.  These are additional voluntary benefit that members can enroll in on a guarantee approved basis, and are only available to BLET members.  These Benefits of Belonging help to protect our members and their families when the unexpected happens and to help ensure their financial wellness.
