As of January 1, 2026, the employee contribution to The Railroad Employees National Health and Welfare Plan, under the Managed Medial Care Program (MMCP) or the Comprehensive Health Care Benefit (CHCB) is $308.49 per month and for those under the employee only High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) option, the contribution is $205.66 per month. Both of these figures are set to remain in effect until at least January 1, 2027, or until as otherwise adjusted per the terms of the BLET National Agreement. |
