BLET Pressing Issues

There are many issues that impact the members of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET). We work hard to not only monitor the ongoing legislative and regulatory landscape, but to continue to fight for the safety, fair wage and benefits of our membership.

In the over 150 years the BLET has been in existence, we have witnessed the rail industry change dramatically, but we have never seen the speed of change that has occurred in recent years. We will continue to stay in front of the issues that face our membership and fight for what’s best for our members.
