NORTH BERWICK, Maine — The Associated Press is reporting that the driver of a tractor-trailer that collided with an Amtrak train in Maine had at least 11 traffic offenses on his record. He was killed in the July 11 crash and six people on the train were hurt, including the locomotive engineer.
