HUGO, Okla. — Two people are dead after being found unresponsive in a railcar in Hugo Wednesday morning. They were working for Trinity Rail, which refurbishes tanker cars. Both were taken to the hospital where they were pronounced dead. OSHA and the NTSB are investigating the incident.
