PORTLAND, Ore. — Two West Coast Amtrak routes, the Starlight and the Cascade, will get $137.2 million in federal funds from the Omnibus Spending Bill and a continuing resolutions measure that is intended to keep government going until a budget is passed.

Oregon Sen. Roy Wyden’s office said Friday that the Starlight, which runs between Los Angeles and Seattle, will get $81.1 million and the Cascade, between Eugene and Vancouver, B.C., will get $56.1 million.

The Cascade is operated in partnership with the states of Oregon and Washington.
