WASHINGTON, D.C. — For the past two years, hundreds of parking attendants employed by InterPark — which is owned by a subsidiary of General Electric — have been struggling for a voice at work.

These workers receive low pay, have poor benefits and work in dangerous jobs. Across the country, some parking attendants have actually been killed by lifts used to move quickly between floors of the parking garages. So far, InterPark has refused to agree to be neutral regarding a union election so workers can exercise their freedom to choose a union in an environment free of harassment or intimidation.

General Electric has significant influence over InterPark. Take one minute to help by clicking on the link below to tell GE to respect workers’ rights and stop the campaign against a fair and democratic process to choose a union.
