The committee didn’t see any major changes at the top: Chairman John Mica easily beat his underfunded opponent and Rep. Bill Shuster, the presumed chairman for the 113th, also cruised to victory. Top Democrat Nick Rahall beat Rick Snuffer and will return to the ranking member position under another two years of GOP House control.
