Airline shuttles, Amtrak, and long-distance busses are back to work in the Northeast

WASHINGTON, D.C. — WASHINGTON — More than a week after Hurricane Sandy slammed into the busy Northeast corridor, airline shuttle services, Amtrak and intercity bus companies said they had service, bringing welcome news to stranded passengers.
