PUEBLO, Colo. — For metro area commuters I-25 can be torture. A recent study on gridlock—a regular rush hour condition—showed we spend an extra 49 hours each year in this near-daily exercise. Gridlock can redefine our limits for patience. But Coloradans now have a plan that may one day, at least partially, relieve this arterial clotting and create a whole new way of traveling the Front Range.
