WASHINGTON, D.C. — Amtrak will be adding more options for riders to get between Washington and New York City later this month. The railroad plans to offer late service starting on Jan. 28 on two new Acela trains between the cities, with stops in between at Baltimore, Wilmington, Philadelphia and Newark.
