CHICAGO — An Amtrak attendant who was on board the California Zephyr when it was hit by a truck in rural Nevada on June 24 has filed a lawsuit against the owners of the trucking company. According to newspaper reports, she suffered various injuries to her back and elbow and has developed post-traumatic stress disorder. Six people were killed and more than 20 injured in the collision.
