WASHINGTON, D.C. — Amtrak’s busy Northeast Corridor is running at about half its normal capacity for the second day in a row Wednesday. Amtrak spokesman Marc Magliari says the frequency of the Acela Express and the Northeast Regional lines was reduced by about half on Tuesday and Wednesday because of winter weather.
