PHILADELPHIA — An Amtrak human resources official won an unequal pay case against her employer. A federal court in Philadelphia ordered Amtrak to award her more than $171,000 in back pay, damages and attorney’s fees. The railroad was also required to boost her annual salary by more than $16,000.
