CLERMONT, N.Y. — Amtrak has identified the signal maintainer killed by a train Wednesday while she was working on a section of track in the Columbia County town. Minwella Nicole Kline Hagen, 41, of Coxsackie, joined Amtrak in 2013 and worked in the engineering department, according to Craig Schultz of Amtrak.
