PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Amtrak service that was shut down because of severe thunderstorms in Pennsylvania has resumed. Amtrak says service on the Northeast Corridor was halted during the Tuesday evening rush hour but was restored a couple of hours later. It says passengers should expect residual delays.
