CHICAGO — A man allegedly facing multiple arrest warrants was fatally shot after allegedly fleeing Amtrak police and exchanging gunfire with them, authorities said Tuesday. Police learned the man was sought by law enforcement and was headed to Chicago’s Union Station. They managed to find him as he got off a California Zephyr train that left Emeryville during the weekend, an Amtrak spokesperson said.
