SPRINGFIELD, Ill. — More than a dozen trains are canceled into and out of Amtrak’s Chicago hub, although service isn’t scrapped entirely.
Some trains traveling between Chicago and St. Louis, Carbondale, Champaign, Quincy, Macomb and Milwaukee and Detroit are running on limited schedules on Monday.
