RENO, Nevada — Another lawsuit has been filed in the deadly June 24 accident involving Amtrak’s California Zephyr and a tractor trailer. This time, an Amtrak employee is suing the trucking company as well as her employer, Amtrak, for various injuries sustained in the crash. Six people were killed in the collision.
