NORFOLK, Va. — Charles W. “Wick” Moorman, the retired chairman, CEO and president of Norfolk Southern Corp., will go from overseeing cargo freight to ferrying people on the country’s rails starting Sept. 1. Amtrak announced Friday that Moorman would be its next president and CEO.
