WASHINGTON — Two cars on an Amtrak train headed toward New York derailed just after the train left Union Station this morning, but no one was injured in the incident, according to an Amtrak spokeswoman.

Few details were immediately available.

All northbound train traffic from the station has been delayed, the spokeswoman said.
