NORFOLK, Va. — Amtrak, which went from offering four roundtrip train routes out of Hampton Roads before the pandemic to just two since April, has revived its Northeast Regional routes. Earlier this month, Amtrak restored an additional round trip to route 47 out of Newport News and route 50 out of Norfolk, bringing service back to pre-pandemic levels.
