OTTAWA — Canadian Pacific Railway Ltd. may well be heading toward a disappointing third quarter result, but analysts still encouraged investors to keep aboard the railroad. CP’s volumes during the third quarter have been plagued by weak grain shipments due to the late harvest and fewer shipments in the U.S.
