NORTH BALTIMORE, Ohio — Vice President Joe Biden plans to deliver some remarks about the nation’s infrastructure today (November 6, 2013) at the CSX Northwest Ohio Intermodel Terminal, 17000 Deshler Rd., North Baltimore. His speech is scheduled for 2:30 p.m. He is to be accompanied by U.S. Secretary of Transportation Anthony Foxx.
