Birmingham residents claim being ‘railroaded’ by CSX project; renew protests against City Council

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Residents opposed to an expanded CSX rail line through southwest Birmingham neighborhoods are asking city leaders to reconsider their vote to give the company air rights to build an overpass.
