BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — Construction on Birmingham’s new $30 million, three-block intermodal station should start within the next couple of months. The plan will bring together Amtrak, Greyhound, the Birmingham-Jefferson Country Transit Authority and automotive transportation together in one place.
