CHEYENNE, Wyo. — Four of the five incumbents in Cheyenne’s seven contested legislative races retained their seats, including Rep. Ken Esquibel, a Democrat. He serves House District 41 in Wyoming and is a member of BLET Division 115 (Cheyenne, Wyo.). He has served in the House since 2007. He won with 61 percent of the votes. Brother Esquibel is a Union Pacific locomotive engineer and has been a member of the BLET since 1995.
