TOLEDO, Ohio — The Toledo Labor Day Parade and the rain both started right on time Monday. The rain ended quickly, but the parade went on, with spectators lining much of the parade route through downtown Toledo. Democratic Councilman Joe McNamara and a contingent of his volunteers marched in the parade with a group from the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen.
