CLEVELAND, August 23 — The BLET National Division office will soon begin upgrading its online communications services with the implementation of a more powerful firewall and improved spam filter. The Information Technology Department expects everything to run smoothly, but it is possible that problems may arise with the transmission of some email attachments.
In the event that such technical problems arise, members should contact IT Director Michael Hager by email, hager@ble-t.org, or by phone, (216) 241-2630, ext. 245. When contacting him, please have the error message received pertaining to the problem. Without this information, troubleshooting the error will be impossible. The error message can be emailed or read over the phone. When communicating the error by phone, please have your email program open so that tests can be performed.
