The BLET National Division celebrated the retirement of Sandra Slaughter, Executive Assistant to the President’s Staff, with a luncheon at BLET National Division headquarters on Wednesday, October 29. Her retirement will become effective on November 1.
Sandra began working for the BLET in 2016, at the time assisting with the BLET’s short term disability insurance program. In her primary role, she assisted the BLET President’s Staff with the preparation, review, and distribution of a voluminous amount of correspondence, as well as other tasks.
“We have all come to appreciate you and your cheery disposition,” BLET National President Mark Wallace told Slaughter. “On behalf of the BLET Advisory Board and everyone at the National Division, I express our sincere appreciation for your diligence and a job well done. Our best wishes go with you in your retirement.”
