Ray Vigil, Chairman of the BLET’s New Jersey State Legislative Board, has been appointed by Governor-Elect Mikie Sherrill to serve on her Transition Action Team.

The Governor-Elect has appointed 10 Action Teams to help enact her agenda and implement the top priorities of her administration. Vigil will serve on the team focused on “Transportation and Infrastructure Innovation.” Vigil’s appointment to the transition team shows the political influence that BLET has built in New Jersey and increases the likelihood that the governor-elect will take BLET’s priorities into consideration as she takes office.
