LAS VEGAS, April 13 — Delegates at the Western General Chairman’s Association (WGCA) have re-elected all sitting officers by acclamation in meetings held here at the WGCA’s annual meeting.
Re-elected to another one-year term were Dennis Pierce, Chairman; Gil Gore, Vice-Chairman; Mike Priester, Secretary-Treasurer; John Koonce and Tim Donnigan as members of the Executive Board; and Pat Williams as Alternate Secretary-Treasurer.
This group’s existence (as are other similar groups) is authorized by the BLET Bylaws, “For the purpose of carrying on concerted movements relating to wages, working conditions or other important matters of general interest to its members…”
The WGCA is composed of General Chairman from committees principally located west of the Mississippi River (with exceptions). The meetings conclude today.
BLET National President Don Hahs addressed the group at length and held a question and answer session with the delegates.
