WASHINGTON, D.C. — The National Mediation Board (NMB) is pleased to announce that New York Susquehanna & Western Railroad and members of the Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees Division-International Brotherhood of Teamsters (BMWED-IBT) have reached a tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement on April 26, 2016 covering the craft or class of Maintenance of Way workers.
Mediation was guided by NMB Mediator Gerry McGuckin.
