EDMOND, Okla. — The Oklahoma Corporation Commission announced Wednesday it has set a hearing before an administrative law judge on two citations a local law agency issued to BNSF Railway that accuses the railroad of blocking a road-rail intersection for longer than 10 minutes without good reason.
