DEVILS LAKE, N.D. — BNSF recently changed the maximum speed for rail cars on BNSF tracks from 30 to 60 mph for a 1.4 mile stretch in Devils Lake City limits. The change was prompted by the upgrade of the BNSF track from Grade 3 to Grade 4 in the area.
