BILLINGS, Mont. — A BNSF Railway official says a freight train headed from Chicago to Portland, Ore., derailed in a remote part of northeast Montana on Tuesday afternoon. The four-locomotive, 57-car train on the single mainline track and went off the rails near Kintyre, leaving 17 cars carrying general merchandise in disarray.
