ST. PAUL, Minn. — The Minnesota Supreme Court has restored a $21.6 million verdict awarded to the families of four young people killed when their vehicle collided with a train in Anoka nearly nine years ago. The high court denied the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway a new trial.
