BNSF pays $1.5 million to settle water pollution lawsuit

SEATTLE, Wash. — BNSF Railway Co. has agreed to pay $1.5 million for Puget Sound restoration projects to resolve a lawsuit over stormwater pollution at its Seattle facility.
