BISMARCK, N.D. — Bismarck and Mandan police have taken numerous reports of BNSF Railway employees reporting someone had used their personal identifying information to open credit cards and Paypal accounts. According to a statement from BNSF Railway, approximately 100 employees in North Dakota and adjacent states have had “nonpublic personal information” used to fraudulently open accounts in their names.
