BNSF Railway exceeds fertilizer delivery goal

BISMARCK, N.D. — U.S. Rep. Kevin Cramer says BNSF Railway has exceeded its commitment to send additional trains hauling fertilizer to the Dakotas, Minnesota and Montana.
