MINOT, N.D. — Teresa Perkins, general director of Petroleum Products for the BNSF Railway, spoke to a Minot Area Chamber of Commerce combined Infrastructure and Energy committees meeting Nov. 14 at the Grand Hotel in Minot. She advised that the railway is growing and increasing shipments throughout the state, including Minot.
