MOORHEAD, N.D. — Effective 6 a.m. Tuesday, the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway will be working on replacing its mainline Red River railroad bridge between Main and Center/NP avenues. Construction will continue 24 hours a day, including weekends, for about five days.
