ALMA, Wisc. — Train traffic resumed Tuesday morning on BNSF Railway tracks through western Wisconsin as crews continue cleanup of about 20,000 gallons of ethanol spilled into Mississippi River backwaters when a freight train derailed Saturday north of Alma.
