BNSF wants to build second bridge in N. Idaho to handle coal, oil traffic

SANDPOINT, Idaho — Burlington Northern Santa Fe railroad wants to build a second bridge in northern Idaho to handle an expected increase in traffic that includes coal and oil trains.
