EDMONTON, Alberta — CP Rail officials are investigating a September incident in which two train cars rolled out of control after their brakes failed. The incident is believed to have been “an intentional act,” CP spokeswoman Breanne Feigel said Thursday. Investigators confirmed the brakes were properly applied, and believe they were intentionally tampered with, she said.
