After serving notice under Section 6 of the Railway Labor Act in February 2019, the Northeast Illinois Regional Commuter Railroad Company (METRA) and members of Brotherhood of Railroad Signalmen Local 183 reached a seven-year agreement. The agreement was ratified on February 24, 2021.
